What CoFindz is
CoFindz is a listing platform for PGs, co-living spaces, and flats in Bengaluru. Property owners and managers list their own properties directly; CoFindz doesn't charge brokerage or finder's fees to tenants, and isn't a party to any tenancy, rent, or deposit agreement you enter into with an owner or manager.
Listings aren't guarantees
Owners and managers are responsible for the accuracy of their own listings — pricing, availability, photos, and amenities. While we ask owners to keep listings accurate, CoFindz doesn't independently verify every detail, and availability or pricing can change before you visit. Always confirm details directly with the owner or manager, and see the property in person, before making any payment or commitment.
No payments through CoFindz
CoFindz doesn't process rent, deposits, or any other payment between tenants and owners. Any money you pay is paid directly to the property owner or manager, at your own discretion and risk — we'd recommend the usual precautions (get a receipt, confirm the person you're paying is who they claim to be) that apply to any direct rental transaction.
Ratings and reviews
If you leave a rating or review, it should reflect your genuine experience. We may remove reviews that are spam, abusive, or clearly not based on a real stay.
Acceptable use
Don't use CoFindz to post false listings, scrape the site, or attempt to disrupt its operation.
Limitation of liability
CoFindz connects tenants and property owners/managers but isn't responsible for disputes, losses, or damages arising from a tenancy, payment, or interaction between them. The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Changes
We may update these terms as the site changes. We'll update the date above when we do.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
