This policy explains what information CoFindz ("we", "us") collects when you use cofindz.com, and how it's used. CoFindz is a listing platform — we connect prospective tenants with property owners and managers directly; we're not a party to any tenancy agreement.

Information we collect

• When you request a callback or schedule a visit:your name, phone number, and (for visit requests) your preferred date and time. This is shared with the owner or manager of that specific property so they can contact you — that's the whole point of the form.
• When you tap Call or Message on WhatsApp on a listing:we log that the click happened (which property, which channel, and when) so owners can see how many people reached out. We don't capture your name or number for this — that exchange happens directly between you and the owner, outside CoFindz.
• When you leave a rating or review: the star rating and any comment you write.
• Automatically, via analytics and advertising cookies: we use Google Analytics to understand site usage, and Google Ads conversion/remarketing tags to measure ad performance and show relevant ads elsewhere. These set cookies and share some browsing data with Google — see Google's Privacy Policy for how they handle it.

What we don't collect

CoFindz doesn't process rent, deposits, or any payments — those happen directly between you and the property owner or manager. We don't collect payment card details, and public visitors don't need an account to browse or contact a listing.

How we use your information

To connect you with the property owner or manager you're interested in, to notify that owner or manager of your request, to display ratings/reviews on the relevant listing, and to understand and improve how the site is used.

Property photos and documents

Property photos, videos, and floor details are uploaded by the property owner or manager listing that property, not by site visitors.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete information we hold about you — for example, a callback request you submitted — by reaching out via our Contact page. You can also control analytics/advertising cookies through your browser settings or Google's Ad Settings.
