CoFindz lists PGs, co-living spaces, and flats in Bengaluru from the people who run them: owners and property managers. Renters contact you directly, with no broker taking a cut of the rent.

Who can list

Property owners, and managers or operators who run a property on the owner's behalf. Listings show who to contact, so renters know whether they're speaking to the owner or a manager.

What we'll need

• Property name, full address, and a Google Maps link
• Type (PG, co-living, or flat) and who it's for (men, women, or anyone)
• Rent for each sharing type or unit, plus deposit, maintenance, lease term, and notice period
• Amenities, and what's included in the rent (food, Wi-Fi, electricity, housekeeping)
• Clear, recent photos of the rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and common areas you actually rent out
• Nearby landmarks: tech parks, metro stations, colleges, hospitals
• The phone number renters should call or WhatsApp

How enquiries reach you

Renters call or WhatsApp the number on your listing. Visit and callback requests made on the site show up in your property login with the renter's name and phone number.

Keeping your listing accurate

Each listing shows when its availability was last confirmed. From your property login you can update rent, rooms, and photos, or tap “Confirm availability” if nothing has changed. To pause or remove a listing, message us.
